The machining capability is there — CNC milling, turning, lineboring, welding, and bore repair — but so is the system behind it. Every enquiry becomes a tracked job. Every customer can see exactly where their parts are. Every part ships with full inspection documentation.
We're based in Caboolture, Queensland, and work with businesses across mining, oil & gas, construction, and general manufacturing. If you need parts machined and you need to know they'll arrive on time and on spec — that's what we're built for.

Every part that leaves DSS Engineering is fully inspected against the supplied drawings. We don't ship to schedule at the expense of quality. If it doesn't meet spec, we fix it.
